Guinness

The distinctive feature in the flavour is the roasted barley which remains unfermented. For many years a portion of the beer was aged to give a sharp lactic flavour, but Guinness has refused to confirm if this still occurs. The thick creamy head is the result of the beer being mixed with nitrogen when being served. It is extremely popular with the Irish and is the best-selling alcoholic drink of all time in Ireland.

New Castle Brown

In 1913, the Blue Star was adopted as the Company’s trademark. Newcastle Brown Ale was first brewed in 1927 in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England, by Jim Porter after three years of developing this special brew. Almost immediately after its release, Newcastle Brown won the gold medals at the International Brewers’ Exhibition in London in 1928.

 

Rogers

Rogers' is a smooth drinking amber ale with an interesting mix of malts combined with the distinctive Little Creatures hop character. Belgians have been making beer since the 14th century and Stella Artois reflects this tradition of finely crafted brewing. The world 'Stella' is Latin for 'star' and Stella was originally a limited release Christmas beer. The word Artois comes from the surname of the master brewer, Sebastian Artois.

 

Stella is a rich, estery and creamy aroma with malty mid palate. The Saaz hops (from Czech Republic) give this beer its spicy hop bitterness.

 

Tiger

Belgium (Feral) White

Red Back

Redback is modelled on the weizen beers of southern Germany where, for centuries, this style of beer has been popular, particularly in summer when its refreshing qualities come into their own. Redback is Australia's original wheat beer, brewed from both malted wheat and malted barley, and a blend of Saaz and Pride of Ringwood hops. Pride of Ringwood is added at the beginning of the boil for bitterness, Saaz hops are added five minutes before the end of the boil for a subtle fresh hop aroma.
